Zach was born in Ellettsville, Indiana and attended Edgewood High School. As a lifelong fan of the Cream & Crimson, Zach received a degree in psychology from Indiana University. He then attended Vermont Law School where he graduated cum laude in 2013. While in law school, Zach served as a production editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. He spent his summers working for small commercial litigation firms, and also spent a semester as a legal extern for the Consumer Protection Division of the Vermont Office of the Attorney General.
After graduation, Zach moved back to his native Indiana where he spent his first two years as an attorney working for a large bankruptcy firm. He now uses this experience to focus his practice on consumer bankruptcy and related areas. He takes pride in helping his clients achieve a fresh start in life, and protecting them from lawsuits, foreclosures, garnishments, and repossessions.
Zach lives with his wife and dog in Indianapolis. When he’s not helping his clients, Zach likes to watch the Hoosiers, Colts, and Pacers, and is a dedicated distance runner and Ultimate Frisbee player.
